Website and Forum smf custom theme

I need a homepage that link to a forum. Just want the forum to be customized so doesn't look like an average forum, like http://www.kanyetothe.com/forum/ . I'm using simple machine to power the forum. I would also like the homepage to match the theme of the forum, and look like a blog. I have an idea for a logo i would like to use for the site. How much would something like this cost?
