Designer required - Joomla based project

I'm looking for (rough) quotes for a potential site redesign.

• 4 pages (+/-) with numerous subsections for two of these.
• Home page will have a sliding banner and a number of hyperlinked images to articles contained in each subsection. For example, there might be a picture of a football that will take people to articles on sports.
• Search function an absolute necessity as the articles are what drives the site
• Sign up for ability to post comments
• Login with FB/ Twitter
• Joomla based.

Logo and content provided. I'm not sure about the images (say about 20 in total) so perhaps factor this into any quote. Everything else needs doing!
