need counter-strike: source hack coder

looking for a professional coder that is able to make private hacks for the video game Counter-Strike: Source.

It must be both VAC proof and LEAGUE proof. that means it must be able to bypass the anti cheat clients of: boeleague.com cevolved.com caleague.com thecpl..etc

hack must be only CODED FOR ME and not distributed out to anyone else.

something like URL Removed --> but make sure it is only for me + better!!
