Seeking web developer for partnership

I am seeking a well experienced web developer who is willing to go into direct partnership to work on a variety of websites with me. We would go on a business venture together, launching an initial company (which I have already touched on but would desire your input of course) that will then create a variety of different sites.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge in the following languages:
PHP, MySQL, jQuery, Javascript
At least 7 hours a week free (more desired)
- You need to be able to create things like content management systems, search engines, BASIC online stores and unique menus that will require jQuery.
I have multiple site ideas and jQuery & Javascript will be required for one of these especially.
Desires
Enjoyment and enthusiasm in your work
Artistic mindset to help suggest designing ideas
At least a vague interest in gaming (will be hitting this market with a site based on playstation, unique twist)
2 years of experience or more
Lives in the UK
Knowledge in AJAX
I live in the UK myself if you didn't guess, may I add...
Your role doesn't need to be full time but if it is possible to set out 10 or more hours a week to work on sites it will be appreciated. It would start part-time but may turn into something more.
I have a little experience and I am still in courses within ICT and business but with enough knowledge to be able to handle many business aspects when required. I know the basic languages like HTML & CSS, meaning I can build websites but cannot create functions used in PHP etc. I have weak skills in PHP and so on, which is why I am particularly focusing on partnering up with a developer. I can design in programs like Photoshop relatively well. I have been an ICT director of a successful pen company which was liquidated in June (compulsory), as part of a business project.

You would want to take this partnership opportunity for the unique ideas. I know that one of them has definitely not been done before, with no competition.
