I'm a graphic designer obsessed with creation of character illustrations at www.monsters.md

In my free time I create web templates for fun and I'd like to transform this into something reliable. I would like to partner up with a coder who will convert my photoshop templates to HTML/CSS and Wordpress (after that we will sell them on themeforest).

If you're interested in the payment, we will split the earning 50/50 for HTML/CSS themes and 40/60 for Wordpress themes (Wordpress updates come pretty often which means that the template also should be updated to the latest version).

I'm looking for someone with whom we can collaborate for a long term, I hired a coder before and he didn't finish the project. In partnership we will depend on each other and it will make us create a good product.
