Hi,

Do you have shared, VPS, or dedicated hosting?

Are there other sites on your server (either your own sites or other people's sites, in the case of shared hosting) that are making requests to YouTube?

If you share a server with other people, other sites may be making requests to YouTube, and you may have no knowledge of this. But since all of the requests originate from the same shared IP, the combined volume of requests to YouTube could cause the CAPTCHA to appear for any site hosted on that server.

I really don't know the specific details of your situation. There could be any of a number of reasons why you are experiencing this issue.

The fact remains that a HTTP 429 response from YouTube indicates "Too Many Requests", so one way or another, your server is making enough requests to YouTube to elicit this response.

If your current hosting provider or plan does not allow you to purchase more IPs for the purpose of IP rotation, then you need to find a hosting company/plan that does. In addition to IP rotation, you could also try disabling IPv6 on your server.

The demo site is receiving the YouTube CAPTCHA, but you would never know it because IP rotation is enabled and working, and IPv6 is disabled.

If I were you, I think I would avoid hosting a YouTube conversion site on a Google server.

Seems like a conflict of interest!

And if I was looking to avoid temporary IP bans and CAPTCHAs, then that would probably be the last place I'd host my software.

But if you don't want to follow my advice, then that is your prerogative.

The fact remains: Someone or something on your network is making too many requests to YouTube. That is what an HTTP 429 response from YouTube means, and that is why you are receiving the CAPTCHA.

You can target me with your frustrations, or you can accept this reality and take action accordingly (and as I have advised).

Kimsufi servers are cheap OVH Servers "only scrap Hardware", they are often used as a spam / botnet from others. Probably you got IPs who are on a spam list.
Use a better SoYouStart servers that are clean and you has 16 IPs for Rotation.
