  • PHP and PayPal

    Hello!

    I'm an intermediate user of PHP, and I've designed quite a few systems, but recently I've been wanting to move more toward Ecommerce, which will call for a way to pay money.

    Of course, I would very much like to use PayPal, automated through PHP.

    Can someone guide me through the steps of making such a script? I need this system quick, I need to learn for a client of mine.

    Anywho, thanks for helping!

    You should post this (or have it moved) to the section where you
    ask to hire programmers. I'm sure there's someone who has time
    to take on your job.

      Google it up -- pulls up some nice examples on it:
      http://www.google.com/search?client=...=Google+Search

      Post up some specific problems you're having if you run accross any.

      Good luck;

        I think he wants help to design a script so he learns how to, not pay someone to do it for him.

            Your best starting point would be to sign up for a developer account on http://developer.paypal.com/ as you will then be able to access lots of examples, including PHP code, the Paypal IPN API documentation (which sucks, but is better than nothing), and the PayPal sandbox so you can test out your transaction management code without any real money changing hands.
