Sending email to groups from list/menu

I new to all of this and I need help.

I need to be able to send out a email to various groups from a
dreamweaver list menu. A Php server side script would be great!

In the top box in a copy of the form made in dreamweaver 4,
the first box with "T1" in it has all the values and I made groups
that match up another of email addresses.
