    How can you make it to where you can have member on your site? Any help is appreciated

    Not sure what you mean exactly...

    I'm assuming you mean for the ability of your website to have a login screen and users requiring to register and login to your website.

    In that case you will need a database of users (this will contain their username and password, among other information you require to store).

    Since you are posting in this forum, I'm assuming you will be using PHP. So I will recommend MySQL to use for a database.

    I'm assuming you're using Windows, so I would recommend the following:
    A complete and ready-to-use PHP development environment on Windows including the web server Apache, the SQL Server MySQL and others development tools.

    This will give you PHP and MySQL together. If you are using Linux or Mac, then you can surf the net and download PHP and MySQL individually as I am not aware of any packaged downloads for those systems.
