    Uploading to another server

    At the moment, I have one hosting option with unlimited space, and I have a very cheap package with MySQL DBs. I would like to know is there any way of using an upload function to upload the files into the unlimited space server, AND place the URL into the MySQL database server?

    I don't see the problem.

      theres nothing wrong yet, because theres nothing in place. However, I am wondering if there if a way of submitting a form on a server and inserting it into the database (which i can do) BUT at the SAME time, upload the file they submit onto a different hosting package on a different server with a different company

        It's been asked before and I think the answer was to either use the ftp functions or sockets
