We are a small company seeking a PHP experienced design person to create a website for us. Since we are a small company, we can only barter blank DVD media, which is our main product.
we have the exact idea of what we want, and we know that it would not take too long to create. all design aspects would be done by our firm, we just need the PHP architecture to work. No design needed.
