Zend Framework Installation Help

Hi,

I am trying make an event management system, and to integrate that with google calendar. I have a free hosting service, and I wasn't sure how to get to the path that the getting started guide was trying to make me save the library files. Is there still a way for me to install this? If so, how can I do it?
