how to create index.php page in joomla and how to upload index.php and style.css on domain server.

You install Joomla ... it creates its own pages.
Joomla is a complete Content Management System ... a whole package.

For file manipulation between your PC and server (webhost server),
you use FileZilla: http://filezilla-project.org/

You set up an FTP account with your webhost (control panel).
