ecommerce meta tags

I am building an ecommerce site using opencart, and need some help making customizations. The first thing I need to work out is how to add to the meta title. I want to be able to show "Store Name | Category Name | Product Name" for example. Does anyone have experience with opencart or can provide a snippet that would display what I mentioned?
