PHP Registration Form (Need Remove validation)

I have a php registration form, and I want to remove the "validation" for all fields . Please help me to do that.

Because now all the fields are with validation

It should be simple to remove validation from the form. If this script generates a form there is a lot more html files needed to make this occur.

Do you have a link to the site or can you give us the script that is the form?
