help in transfering file from filehosts to server

Hello,
I want to download files from file hosts like (rapidshare, hotfile,...) to my server using php. but i'm not sure how to use curl and cookie to download. can anyone explain the procedure?? i know i have to follow the link then use username and password, but i don't know how
