  • removing check for safe mode

    Since safe mode has been deprecated i wanted to go ahead and remove it from my install process of my software. When i remove that system check completely from the install process, should i replace it with something else as i dont see that they have (or i have not found) any alternate for safemode in place.

    thanks.
    If a php file only has php code within it you do not need to use the closing php tag
    A good way to remember objects from arrays is you shoot objects with arrows Example: $name->id; then Arrays are $name['id'];
    durangod is short for durango dave

    All safe_mode based configurations are officially gone as of 5.4 (when it is released). There is nothing to replace them with, so no you don't need to make any changes beyond the removal.
    I'm not sure why they consider it so important to remove them though. 1 version roll around is a little on the bizarre side.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
    Been gone for a few months, and haven't programmed in that long of a time. Meh, I'll wing it ;)
