SetHeader in JAVA/JSP

Hi People..

I have a serious problem. I am using Struts framework and want to set a header from a JSP page with a value and get the values in a Action class though some way so that I need to manipulate..

I am having no solutions....Can i find any help here or else can u guide me to another place or URL where any help/code is available..
