I have a web page that has an HTML table. The data the HTML table contains is dynamic, in that the user may enter a date or date range, and subsequently the table is generated. In addition, the user may sort the table (after its generated) by ascending or descending order, and narrow the search based on one of the fields.
What I need at this point is a way to export this table into an excel file, (or maybe even a csv file since that can be opened easily by Excel). Is this even possible? Btw, I use Perl for server-side processing.
