I am not sure where to ask this but.... I hope its ok.

When you have a website... for example I just know HTML. Is there a way to like... Put a code in that would let me insert news into the website??? Just like if I was an admin on a forum. I hope you understand what I am asking.

or you could pay someone to make a custom one for you.
