Moving database

I'm attempting to move a database from one shared server on a domain to a new dedicated sever on a new domain.

I've found/replaced all the 'old domain' links with 'new domain' but still getting database error when adding the tables via phpmyadmin.
Database is only 97kb so it's not timing out.

PHP is V 5.2.17 on new server.

It just might be helpful if you told us the error your getting and what steps you have done already in moving the DB
