ASPJpeg help installing on IIS.

I have installed ASPJpeg on my computer and tried ot run the script, and it doesn't work. I have read through the readme on how to install the thing. It doesn't say at all how too. I figure I would click the setup exe, and let it run like that. It is installed, I see the dll in the folder, but how do I get it to work? Would anyone know?

There is a section for after installing I looked at. I got farther of having it working, but I e-mailed the help line, and figured it out on my own right before i read the reply (which acually didn't help much...)

File Sharing on an NTFS drive. Use Explorer to opne the properties and set the files ot be shared.

if you are using NTFS (as opposed to FAT) for your file system, you can set up certain directory properties, such as Web sharing, by simply right clicking on a folder in Windows Explorer.
