Banned user(?) status is "New to the CF scene"

Hi,

While reporting a spam post, noticed only 2 buttons under the username viz and .

Looks like s/he's banned, but status says "New to the CF scene"

Anything missing?

Statuses are re-evaluated via a cron job, which probably hadn't been run yet.

May be that, but, I had noticed the immediate change in the user-status (under banned user's post), earlier.

I think it might depend how they are banned. I've noticed that if they are banned via the spam cleanup tool we have, their title doesn't seem to change.
