    They can be equally insecure if used in the wrong way or for the wrong things, where are you trying to go with this? or what is your intention when you have found the most secure web programming language?

      I'd say that since ANY language COULD be used for web development if you're determined enough, the most secure would probably be Ada.

      But if you mean a language designed from the start for web development? BWHAHAHAHA.... Good one. Oh man, you slay me.

        Probably the english language. It's easier to understand, most computer languages start off from it and security info is usually written up in english too.

        Other than that.. most languages can be see as unsafe in some way - it's how a user can abuse the html => server link that matters and how the code on the server is written to deal with it.
