Transparent Round Form? In VB

I am trying to create a VB Form that is round and I have created a bmp file in photoshop to use now I found this link to try

But I have no Idea where the TransparencyKey is? can anyone sugjest anything or where this key is?

That code is for .NET. Could it be that you're working on VB 6.0 (or earlier)?
