How to set up a DNS at Win XP

Dear all,

I would like to run my own domain at my home PC, unlike Win 2000, it had a DNS that I can point the nameserver to my PC even I had a static IP, any help will be appreciate, thanks!

You left out more than half of what's needed.

What version of XP (Home or Pro)?

Do you still have a fixed IP?

What DNS did you mean?

Are you expecting to be able to access your home domain over the internet? Hosting web pages?

Or are you just talking about a NT style Domain with a Primary Domain Controller et al?
