  • Top Notch PC Cases.....where?

Hey - Does anyone DESPISE floppy drives and VCR's as much as I do?

I wouldn't let either into my house

Does anyone know of a good computer case - any size although I like those new thin ones - that has only cd drive slots.

and preferably less crazy holes for onboard options (I don't like) in the back?

Kind of like that new thin dell one.

    Anything?

How about building your own case? Any sources?

I want one with large space, and no small size drives, internal OR external. They're useless these days............

You don't want any internal 3.5" mounting bays? You not going to run a hard drive in the thing? You'll be hard pressed to find out without at least one internal one.

You can find cases like your asking for but the computer you can put in there isn't exactly going to be high-end due to the lack of space. Try looking around eBay for thin-client cases.

Although for good cases, Antec makes some of the best cases I've seen. Thermaltake has some pretty cool ones too. I've used their Antec's PLUSVIEW1000AMG case before and it is really good.

        Oracle.......

my hard drives have their own fan and heat sink systems, which makes them fit into it, which in turn goes into a 5x size spot.

So no, as I have nothing in the 3X's now, I would never....
