XHTML W3C Validate No Attribute

Hi

I have been looking for the answer to this for a while and not found anything that has helped, so here I am.

I have this page

I am validating it using W3C, I have erros, saying NO ATTRIBUTE, for quality, src, etc, and other things, I have Flash in my page.

How do i get rid of these errors?

I don't know why it doesn't choke on the embed element itself. Embed is not in any HTML standard, so you can't use it if you want your documents to validate.

So how would i insert flash into my page then AND get it to validate?

Use the object element, and the object element alone.
