Hmm, well, the XML is well-formed, so that's not it. I don't have recent experience with sitemaps, so I can't help beyond that.

I would suggest just getting rid of the sitemap BS altogether. If your content properly cross-links to itself (aka how users normally get to your pages) it serves ZERO legitimate purpose and is a waste of your time and bandwidth.

They have pretty much since the day the concept was introduced been 100% bull**** doing nothing of consequence on any website -- a placebo for the ignorant to let people THINK they were getting ranked faster in search engines. Not one legitimate UA looks for or does anything of value with them, so just skip that garbage altogether!

Realistically they should never have been widespread adopted, they solve no problems, and can even do more harm than good.

Whilst this article is a decade old, that's how long ago this whole sitemap malarkey should have been canned.

But like most time-wasting money-wasting lie based SCAMS it lumbers on with people still singing unfounded praises based more in fantasy than reality. At BEST it's a placebo... at worst it ends up about as legitimate as the snake oil peddled by the pulpit or two-bit hucksters like Paltrow or that derp calling himself and avocado.

Bottom line if you have semantically marked up unique content of value, and all the pages on your site can be navigated to via normal anchors by the visitor? Ditch the sitemap nonsense, it is doing NOTHING for you.

Following things you have to improve to Solve your Sitemap Issues :

        1. Footer link to Sitemap.html
        2. Footer link to Sitemap.xml
        3. Ensure that it is detectable if you have your .htaccess
        4. Ensure that your robots.txt is properly configured
        5. For indexing into the Google Webmaster Console, Submit your sitemap

I never seen someone linked the sitemap.xml in a website actually. Is that a common thing ?

deathshadow 2 years ago a business associate of mine convinced me to add my sitemaps, i never did it before as i figured it was probably BS as well. But i did it and i faught it the whole way. But now i see i was right in the first place by reading your reply and now i am ripping it all out ASAP. So with that said, your reply mentioned this

If your content properly cross-links to itself (aka how users normally get to your pages)
Is there a article you know of to expand on that comment, so i can be sure my content is properly cross linked ?
I am not crazy, my computer had me checked but its on dialup and im still waiting for results :)
            A good way to remember objects from arrays is you shoot objects with arrows Example: $name->id; then Arrays are $name['id'];

Sorry, "cross linked" is big fancy words for a very simple concept.

If someone lands on your home page, are they able to navigate to every single page you want search to see by way of normal links in the page? Doesn't matter if it's the menu, in sidebars, in the footer, even in flow in the content. Can they get their via <a href=""> You've put into the site?

Yes? You're golden and sitemaps are redundant nonsense. No? Well then you've got bigger problems than worrying about adding sitemaps.

Things I have done to improve SiteMap presence.
                1. Footer link to Sitemap.xml
                2. Footer link to Sitemap.html
                3. Make sure it is discoverable in your .htaccess (if you have one)
                4. Make sure your robots.txt is appropriately configured
                5. Submit your sitemap for indexing into the Google Webmaster Console

                  and fix the problem:
                  1. Check for errors: Use a tool like Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools to check your sitemap for errors. Look for any warnings or error messages that may indicate a problem with your sitemap, such as missing or broken links.
                  2. Verify your sitemap: Make sure that your sitemap is properly formatted and contains all of the necessary information. Check that it conforms to the XML sitemap protocol and includes all of the relevant pages on your website.
                  3. Update your sitemap: If you've made changes to your website, such as adding or deleting pages, make sure to update your sitemap accordingly. This will ensure that search engines can crawl and index your site correctly.
                  4. Submit your sitemap: Once you've fixed any errors and updated your sitemap, submit it to search engines using Google Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools. This will help search engines discover and index your pages more quickly.
                  5. Monitor your sitemap: Regularly check your sitemap for errors and update it as needed. This will help ensure that your site is properly indexed and that your pages are appearing in search results for example check apartments for sale in Beirut.

In addition to these steps, it's important to ensure that your website is properly structured and optimized for search engines. This includes using descriptive page titles and meta descriptions, using clear and concise URLs, and including relevant keywords and content on your pages. By following these best practices, you can improve your website's visibility and ensure that your sitemap is functioning correctly.
