watermark sript

Has anyone had a problem with the watermark script? I've copied, pasted, added bits, taken away bits, and torn nearly half my hair out but I can't get it to work.

I suspect it's related to the path to the image....

any help would be appreciated and maybe give my hair a chance to grow back.
