Centering Conveyor Belt Scroller in NS?? HELP!

i have tried several different html codes for centering the conveyor belt on my page.In IE it workes fine with NS it either puts it to the left or to the right but never in the center. Anyone know how to get it in the center for NS? Its really important to my design.
