hv menu at page bottom

I've been trying to put an hv menu at the bottom of a page. For aesthetic reasons, it has to be absolutely positioned, at the very bottom of the page.

Putting it in an inline frame sounds like a good idea--but how do I do it?

Also, I need to have the submenus pop up, not drop down from the first line menu. Is this even possible?

I'll appreciate any advice--particularly if it's given in terms I can understand (I'm pretty new to this)

Judy , why not just put one of those scripts on your page that keeps your menu hovering right at the bottom of the page>
dynamicdrive has such a menu script.
