Highlight Image Script : making it more general

Is there a way to place the Highlight Image Script in your HTML without having to apply it to each image - i.e. add it once and have it applied to all images? I want to apply it to all images in a thumbnail index (created by Arles Image Web Page Creator) for a cool mouseover effect.
