  • Image Effects - Highlighting an Image Partially

    Hi folks,

I just want to develop a script which highlights an image partially, say for example we have a region which we want to highlight in the image.

I think it is possible using Javascript. Hope you'll help me in this case

    Expecting your solutions

    Regards

    JP

Forget style. Code to semantics. Seperate style from structure, and structure from behaviour.
I code to specs, and test only in Firefox (unless stated otherwise).

      Hi Folks,

Thanks for your help hemebond. What I am trying to achieve is a dynamic highlight effect. Something like when I place my Mouse over a particular link a specific region of the image should be highlighted. When I take my mouse from the link the highlight effect should be removed from the image.

The action I want is based on onMoueover and onMouseout event

Using CSS i think we'll get only a partial highlighted image which is fixed.

      Waiting for your valuable suggestions

      Thanks in Advance

      JP
