help needed with bringing javascript scroller into an iframe

im getting that pesky javascript error: object expected and have narrowed it down to inside the body tag with onload=eventLoader()

im trying to achieve bringing a page into an iframe that uses it's own javascript scroller and not the iframe's scroller.

works dandy on my machine, but not online
