Enabling Boxes...

Hey guys,
I've a problem. I want to have 3 radio buttons on my page. When a person clicks the 'Credit Card' radio button it enables the credit card fields to be edited. If they click the 'Check' radio button it will disable all others and enable the check fields to be edited. The last one is 'Mail In Order' and will disable all other fields.

How would I go about approaching this?
