Moving scrollbar in this javasript

on this site: howfast.dk/andre, i am trying to move the scroll bar connected to box on the right, how do i do that?

Cant find it, i tried in the CSS and the JS, but can find where to do it ? :S

I´m pretty new in JS, so please explain it to me like i was a 3yr old kid
