I need help creating a website like dropbox / skydrive

I would like to create a site like https://www.dropbox.com/ and/or http://skydrive.live.com/

I don't know programming.

Before I get into making the actual dropbox program for the computer, I would like to get my Online File Manager set up.

Anyone who would like to help, please let me know.
