Loading iFrame on Desktop

I am using the following code for my iframes:

<iframe frameBorder="0" height="100%" width="100%" src="http://the.url.com"></iframe>

However, when you go to my Desktop sample and click on any of the icons it doesn't load the iframe at 100% height for some reason.
