VBscript to JavaScript

I have attached a VBScript that I need help with converting to JavaScript. I know I need to change the sub's to functions and the rem to <!-- -->. But after that I'm kind of lost. If you know of a tutorial or website that would teach me how to do that, just point me in the right direction.
