  • Trouble geting fixed image position to work in ie6 for windows

    Hi there.
    I'm a newbie to css and html for the most part. I'm trying to design my school's site. What I want to have is the schools logo underneath the page and have it scroll with down as the user does. I've gotten this to work nicely with ns7 and firefox. Unfourtunely it doesn't work so well with IE. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them. You can view my unfinished site here. http://matthewiscool.sitesled.com/menu
    If you need anymore info just ask.
    Thanks a million!
    Matthew.

      The best way, I've seen, is putting the fixed background in the body style. Such as:

      Code:
      body {
      background:#ffffff url('someimage.jpg') no-repeat fixed bottom;
      }
      This worked in IE and FF.
