http://www.lissaexplains.com - Very good in my opinion. More for a n00b, but still a good resource. Designed for a kid, by a kid. So it's all very easy to understand.

My personal favorite would have to be:
Free web development tutorials, resources, and help featuring tutorials on HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, color codes, hex codes, Open Source CMSs, SEO, and more.
but www.htmlite.com is also a very informative site that I use.
