    Is it possible to set a background image for say <h3> universally in css? That way whenever a heading is found in the source document you get that image to display behind the text? That would make things really nice. Then when I add a new news item it will automatically get the cool image to sort of separate it from the rest of the page content and jump out at you a little.

      yeah, basically. The idea that instead of using border and what have you I could just make an image with some decoration and then have the text appear over that.
      Once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken.
