Vertical align <div> in <td>

Look at that in Moz or Opera and see what it should be like. Then view in IE and the <div>'s float at the top of the <td>'s rather than at the bottom. Any ideas how to solve in IE?

I've solved it.
You have to use margin-bottom instead of bottom
