css in netscape

Hey y'all,

How come netscape does not like scrollbar coloring?
In ie my site looks awesome with the scrollbar coloring on netscape it's missing the color. Check it out. www.seductivesoundsdjs.com/main.htm

Because NS interprets it correctly.
