    Hi all,

I need to create a News & press page on a client's website, so far, nothing too complex, I know... But, they would like a visitor to be able to filter the press articles and so on by products. So let's say, a visitor wishes to view all articles (default view) can do so, but if they want to see only all articles related to Product A or Product B, they could do so with a drop down list.

Now, I would be interested with something fairly easy to implement without the need of running ASP or CGI in the background. Is this possible? Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

Thanks for your reply, but this is not what I am after. This merely complete the task and would require several pages to achieve, so managing the press and news area would be somehow complicated and a burden, since the press is a quite dynamic area of the site.

      Thanks anyway.

If you want that kind of functionality and little maintenance as well, it's hard to avoid server-side scripting and a database system.

Can you give me some indication or examples? For instance, I use www.solidscripts.com for all the email related function. Is there somewhere where I could use the same kind of scripts? My guess is no, so what can I do?

          Thanks for your help
