    can anyone tell me how will i make this code enabled

    Uhhh, how about remove the code that says disabled.
    To save time, lets just assume I am almost never wrong.

        There is nothing in that code that would lead to it being disabled so you need to find the CSS or JavaScript that is disabling it.

        Don't forget to start your JavaScript code with "use strict"; which makes it easier to find errors in your code.

          If you are expecting a popup calendar, that is another thing and will require Javascript. You might want to read up on exactly what an enabled/disabled input is.

          Saying "It didn't work" doesn't tell us anything. What didn't work? What is the expected result?
