Interaction to other environment from Email page

Hi All

From Maximo System i will get one Email to My System and In that mail I need to get the maximo DB connection by clicking button or link and I need to change the DB values through that button or link process. In which way I can find the solution for this, In script or code, Please guide or help me in this?
