Overflow:auto Scroller Doesn't work in Internet Explorer?

hello all! I have signed up today bearing a problem i wish to share.

I am not an avid web designer nor coder so this website has been slowly (badly) coded but works. Except one problem i have found.

I have designed around my browser firefox so never tried other browsers intill now and found one problem. Its easier to show you rather than explain.

LinkRemoved Check it out and see the hourly gallery, the scroller doesnt seem to work inside ie. Feel free to swim through the source code (like swimming through mud)

I fixed this, it was a expandable content box interfering!!
