Random white stripe?

Hello

Could anyone tell me how to fix the random white stripe that displays at the top of my Wordpress blog? The stripe doesn't appear on my main website and they both use the same CSS.

Just discovered it's the admin bar!

Must need some extra CSS! Doh!
